Customers can leave reviews on your Business Profile. When your business receives a review, you’ll receive an email notification at your Contact Email address containing a link to the Reviews section of your Business Control Panel. You can respond to reviews there, or let them stand unanswered, as you prefer.


To access all your reviews, select Inbox from the navigation bar in your Business Control Panel, then choose the Reviews link or the Reviews & Feedback panel. On the Reviews page, you can click the Read Our Reviews Policy link, read any existing review, click Reply to Review for any existing review, or scroll to the bottom to check or uncheck the Allow Reviews button.
