If you need to reset which Twitter account your business posts are syndicating to follow these steps:


1. Log out of your Business Control Panel on your ShopCity.com site.


2.  Log into Twitter with the account your posts are currently syndicating to.


3.  Go to the App and Devices settings page which can be found here:

4.  Find the ShopCity.com Posts app, and click the Revoke Access button.

5. After revoking access, log out of Twitter


6. Log back into your Business Control Panel and follow the steps found here to authorize the ShopCity.com Posts app.
