The ShopCity.com Facebook App allows businesses to post content from their ShopCity.com profile page to Facebook.
At times it may be necessary to reset the permissions on the ShopCity.com Facebook App. Follow the steps below:
1. Log out of all ShopCity.com profiles
2. Log into Facebook with the account you use to post from ShopCity.com to Facebook
3. In the top right corner of Facebook click the down arrow, and then Settings
4. In the bottom right corner click Business Integrations
5. Click the checkbox next to the ShopLocally button under Business Integrations
6. Click the Remove button in the top right corner of Business Integrations
7. DO NOT SELECT THE CHECKBOX TO REMOVE ALL PREVIOUS POSTS
8. Click the Remove button
9. Log back into your ShopCity.com profile page and create a post, select the Facebook box
10. At this point you will be asked to authorize the Facebook App again, make sure to select all checkboxes and continue.
At this point you will have authorized the app again, and you should be able to see all the businesses and pages you allowed access for.
