When potential customers inquire by email from your Business Profile, Quicksite or Kicksite, you’ll receive an email notification at your Contact Email address. 

  • If the user emails from your contact form or home profile contact form, the email subject will be “Urgent: Customer Inquiry from [first name].” When opened, you’ll be able to see the full inquiry, and a link “Click here to reply online” will take you to the message Inbox in your Business Control Panel, where you can select the message, read and reply to it

  • If the user emails from a Marketplace Item, the email subject will be “Urgent: Inquiry about [Marketplace Item name].” When opened, the message will include a link, “Click Here to View the Inquiry Details” to view your messages in the Business Control Panel Inbox, where you can select the message, read and reply to it

  • There may be a short lag-time as we take steps to filter spam from reaching you

  • When you log into your Business Control Panel, notice the Mail envelope icon in your business card at the top right of your Dashboard. If you have any unopened mail from customers, a numbered circle will appear with the envelope. Click the envelope icon to go to your mail inbox

  • You also can view messages and their reply threads by selecting Inbox on the navigation bar of your Business Control Panel, then clicking the Messages link or the Messages & Inquiries panel
