You can access, print and pay invoices within your Business Control Panel.


Find, Download and Print Your Invoice

  • Click the Invoices shortcut button under the Overview panel of your Dashboard, or from anywhere else in your Business Control Panel, choose the Account tab from the navigation bar, followed by the Invoice History link

  • You will see a list of all invoices for your account by date, in order of recency

  • Unpaid invoices display Pay Online button in full colour; for paid invoices, the button is faded

  • To open an invoice for viewing, downloading or printing, click the invoice description or the Print button opposite the invoice


Pay Your Invoice

  • Click the Invoices shortcut button under the Overview panel of your Dashboard, or from anywhere else in your Business Control Panel, choose the Account tab from the navigation bar, followed by the Invoice History link

  • You will see a list of all invoices for your account by date, in order of recency

  • Unpaid invoices display Pay Online button in full colour

  • Click the Pay Online button opposite the invoice you want to pay

  • If you wish to pay with PayPal, log in to your PayPal account; to pay with credit or debit card, choose the Pay with Debit or Credit Card button below the PayPal login field

  • Enter your card and billing information and click the Pay Now button

  • Payments made on single invoices will be treated as one-time payments; to set up automated monthly payments, contact your sales representative or City Manager, or call 1-888-430-SHOP (7467)


Co-op Receipts

Some of your suppliers may underwrite some of your advertising costs. You can access copies of your paid invoices with a snippet of your Business Profile description and photo for submitting to suppliers who offer co-op credits.

  • Choose the Account tab in the navigation bar of your Business Control Panel

  • Click the Co-op Credits link

  • You will find a list of invoices in order of recency

  • Click the pdf Print button opposite the invoice you want to open, for viewing, printing or downloading
