If your customer brings you a gift certificate on which it is difficult to read the authorization code, you can find it yourself in the printable list in your Business Control Panel.
In the eGift Cards section of the Sell Online tab, click the Printable List link at the top left corner of your list of sold Gift Certificates.
Locate the name of the sender or recipient in your printable list. The authorization code is found in the right column of the chart.
