You may cancel or downgrade your monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual paid subscription at any time with 30 days' notice.
Regardless of term, all subscriptions are automatically renewed unless otherwise cancelled. You will be contacted by your local representative or City Manager before annual subscriptions renew.
If you would like to cancel or change your subscription, contact your local representative or City Manager at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. For monthly subscriptions, mid-month cancellations will take effect 30 days after the next renewal date.
You can find contact details for your local representative by clicking the Contact Us link in the footer of any page of your Shop[city] site.
It is ShopCity.com's policy not to offer refunds on paid subscriptions, so it is recommended to keep using your subscribed tools right until the renewal date even if you have given notice of cancellation.
If you wish to upgrade your paid subscription program, you may do so at any time from your Business Control Panel Dashboard by clicking the Upgrade Your Profile button and selecting the appropriate program. Your renewal date will change to the date of upgrade.
Important note: Upgrading your program will not automatically end your existing program, and you will forfeit the remaining time of the previous subscription. If you would like to arrange either pro-rated term or to upgrade on the renewal date, you should contact your local representative or City Manager.
