You can see your most recently added Catalog items by clicking the Catalog shortcut from your Dashboard Overview panel, and open one for editing by clicking on it. To manage all your Marketplace Items, click the More button under the recent items list, or select Sell Online from the navigation bar anywhere in your Business Control Panel and click the My Catalog link or the New Catalog Items panel. You will see your full catalog of Marketplace Items.

  • To view only the items in a single store category, click the Category drop menu and select the store category you want to view

  • To view the items in order of recency (either newest first or oldest first) or alphabetically, select the corresponding order from the Sort Order drop menu

  • You can use the Update These Items button to open a dialog box allowing you to make universal changes (bulk update) to all of the items displayed in your current view:

    • Toggle the items as Featured or not

    • Toggle the items as On Sale or not

    • Toggle the items between Inquire or Add to Cart

    • Update the Availability status

    • Assign a universal price to all the items

    • Change the status of the items: Activate, Pause or Delete

    • Change the Shipping availability for the items

    • Change/Assign a Marketplace Category for the items

  • The Search field allows you to display all items that contain the exact phrase you search anywhere in the item

Under each Marketplace Item, there are six icons you can click:

  1. [Magnifying Glass] opens a preview of the item as it will appear in the user view

  2. [Pencil] opens the item for editing. You can also open the item by clicking on its name or thumbnail picture

  3. [X] deletes the item

  4. [Swish] opens a new item pre-populated with the content of this item. You can use this feature to create a new item that is very similar, but requires only minor edits, as a time-saver

  5. [FB] opens a dialog box to send the item as a post to your business Facebook page, with your comments

  6. [G] opens a new tab of your browser and conducts a Google search for the item name, city, state/province, so you can check how well the item is ranking in search results
